Tallahassee Memorial Urgent Care Center in Southwood

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful during my visit. APRN Danielle Mazziotta was especially kind—she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and even went out of her way to help me get set up with a primary care doctor. I truly appreciated her care and dedication. I would absolutely recommend coming here! Also, I want to mention the woman who took my vitals—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name—but she had a great sense of humor and immediately made me feel more comfortable when I arrived, throughout the visit, and while she was doing my medications. She really helped ease my nerves. Overall, it was a great experience!

Directed to kiosk when I entered. Entered my son’s information(he’s been here before). There joke of a system is failing to work. Shocker with TMH…I know. Then when I go to get back in the human line and its enormous. Now we have to wait behind a bunch of people to be seen when we were here first. After to moving back to Tallahassee I found that TMH is maintaining that reputation for trying to make things difficult on patients and being inconsiderate of peoples time. Go anywhere else if you value your time because TMH does not

Went in at 9am exactly. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all very sweet. In and out in less than 30 minutes with medication prescribed! Very kind and caring and didn’t make me feel bad about myself like other doctors offices typically do. I will definitely visit here again next time!

They were really caring and professional and I was seen very quickly. I'm happy with my experience here.

The receptionist was nice, the nurse was great, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The doctor, however, ruined the experience for me. She was very dismissive and condescending. She acted as if she knew MY body better than I do. Imagine receiving a call a couple of days later with the test results confirming what I had suspected. Although the service was quick, I will not be returning to this location.
