I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Solanki. He is very professional and doesn't waste your time by sugar coating things. He is very informative and makes the information easy to understand.

Nonresponsive and otherwise unprofessional. Note that they won't even respond. Just like they won't return phone calls. Take a wild guess as to why these classy, diligent people have a rating of 2.5.

Unfortunately you have to give a star to be able to leave a review. Horrible office staff! Can’t ever get a call back from anyone in the office! Went in last Tuesday for a procedure still haven’t received the prescription that was changed by Dr. Dellock because of the failure of her staff! Also my leg is messed up from the procedure and I’m told to wait until my appointment even though Dr. Dellock told me to call if there was a problem. Called this morning and got told I had an attitude and hung up on. I have been going to this office since 12/20. It has gone down hill since. I will be leaving this practice as soon as I can because they play avoid the patients. Please be mindful of you or your loved ones going to them for help. There are other options available in Tallahassee.

Was referred here by the emergency room. Upon trying to schedule an appointment, I was told I needed a referral, because apparently the one i had wasnt good enough, or something. It was just pure laziness. They didn't want to schedule me, and found an arbitrary reason not to. After the first call, they stopped calling me back entirely. I tried walking in to the location to talk to someone. Brought my referral, and was told there was no one to talk to. Horrible experience to go through. I don't know what universe going to the ER and being referred isn't good enough. I am forced to delay care because I will need to find a primary care doctor first. But then I will go to a different location. Do not go here for care.

I've tried to get through three times to make an appointment and they won't answer the phone. First two times on hold for more than 15 minutes. This time who knows... still waiting. This is frustrating!!!
