THH Ped is the best, stress free place to take your children to, especially if it is your first child. They care, they listen and they will help you. All the providers are the best. My son likes doctor Odei.

The doctors are professional and front staff nice. However my past few visits (+4) w/ my kids they have been 15-30 min behind schedule. We arrive early for our appointments and understand that emergencies happen. However this seems to be norm for them not to be punctual.

I’ve been going here since my daughter was born in 2022. Great practice, Dr. Fishel is great and so is Nurse Andi. No complaints!!

I had a very disappointing experience with THH Pediatric. Healthcare is already stressful for families, and the behavior of the staff here only made things worse. I would not recommend this practice based on how poorly we were treated.👎👎👎👎

Lately, things have changed quite a bit. The staff seems less attentive and often dismissive. Whenever I call, I’m put on hold for at least 15 minutes, which is very frustrating. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the experience has been disappointing. STILL ON HOLD while I write this review and this has happened multiple times. Get better @THH PEDIATRICS - Germantown. After 21 mins or so, she comes back to the line and says she forgot I was on the phone. Highly irresponsible.
