They are punctual and do spend time with you, which I appreciated. However, after a year of going there, I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. I felt that they often tried to maximize charges during visits and billed for services that seemed unnecessary. Their prices are also significantly higher than other clinics, and they do not offer a veterans discount, which was disappointing. Additionally, when I requested my dog’s medical records, several important documents that I had originally provided from the rescue were missing from his chart. ***update: they did call to see if they could try and make things somewhat right which I did very much appreciate. Ultimately their prices are just more than double where we decided to go instead.

Absolutely hands down one of the best hospitals around! Family owned , and affordable! Dr lori really takes time with her patients! Dr lori cares and it shows! We love it here! She also sees farm animals and saved my goats life!

Ever since I moved to Oakley, I took my dog here as he had a number of chronic conditions to manage. Everyone was very kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable anytime I had questions or brought the little guy in. Will miss interacting with such great people after my dog's passing. They made his final years so much more comfortable

I've taken my dog here when I still had him and my cat Luno here. They're such nice people. The ladies at the front desk are very kind. The vet and vet tech are wonderful and answered all my questions. My cat is in amazing condition because of them. My cat has been doing so well my friend is now interested in taking his cat here and he lives in antioch. 100% recommend them and trust them with my fur babies!

I had a really awful experience with them this week -- no animals are harmed in this story. The rescue I foster for was doing a trial run to for spay/neuter surgeries since we have so many kittens right now. Myself, 2 other fosters, and Tami, who arranges the appointments, met over there at 9:15am. Usually, you can have one person do the transport for everyone, but they wanted all fosters to be present. Ok, it's our first time with them. Some of the intake questions they asked were a bit strange. "Where did the cats come from?" Then they asked where they were GOING and how soon they would be up for adoption. Huh?
