TAHVILI, Zahra, DDS - Ashland Family & Cosmetic

I really don’t like going to the dentist; Usually it I’m nervous to go in, the cleaning is always painful and I leave bleeding and in pain. The couple times that I have been to Dr. Tahvili’s office have been great. Nice atmosphere, cleanings are so fast and pain free. Dr. Tahvili will come over to meet you, talk about your oral health and preventative care, and is very kind and friendly. It’s always a great experience!

The best dental experience I've ever had! Everyone was so kind and Dr. Tahvili was amazing. I used to have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, but going to Dr. Tahvili has totally changed that!

An excerpt from an email I sent after being charged $50 for a late cancel/no show: The last time I was in your office was for a cleaning. I mentioned previously, both in writing and on the phone, that I had gum recession at 24 and 25. That was a huge concern for me, as it was sudden and nothing I’d had before. I was clear that I’d been brushing regularly (2-3 times per day) and flossing and rinsing a minimum of 4 times per day. I told staff - and Sarah when I was in the chair - that my gums were sore and inflamed. Sarah asked if she could use the ultrasonic cleaner on me. I said I’d prefer not since it caused me pain at my last cleaning. She insisted and said, “Let’s see how it goes. We can always stop”. I deferred. My error. tahvili is absolutely awesome ! shes always very informative as to what she was doing and why . Thee entire staff is nothing but sweethearts and would recommend to anyone looking for an awesome dentist!

Doctor Tahvili is a wonderful dentist, with attention to detail and looking out for the health of your teeth. And she doesn't plug whitening treatments like other dentists.
