Tabor City Medicine Mart

On Thursday, January 30th, 2025 I was in there to get a script filled, there was an issue and the insurance needed PA, for it to be covered to deal with the costs from them. All other pharmacies would have helped me by reaching out to my dr to get that Sent and taken care of but instead the 3 people that were working there were very rude to me and my husband. They literally snobbish and being disrespectful to us , even ignoring us as we were wanting to help get the issues resolved. They cashier lady ran off to behind the barrieron wall and another would not listen to anything we had to say, nor the supposedly pharmasist named Sam( which I found out a day later from someone else that worked in a different area connected to the business). I still have not got my script filled by the pharmacy

Beyond impressed, and in love, with this pharmacy every single time I step foot in it. I just moved from NY to NC and picked this pharmacy at my doctors office, on a complete whim, and I could not have chosen better. Customer service really is important to them here. They always apologize thinking they're behind but it's the complete opposite from what I've seen, and let's be real even a 15-20 min wait at the pharmacy isn't squat. You're instantly greeted and communicated with, the actual pharmacist also gives you a play by play that they received your script, he's putting it together now and that it's all set. They have excellent team work and multitasking. I would recommend to every one <3

Friendly staff and quick response on all requests…both in the Pharmacy as well as in the Home Heath area. The Home Health area is easy to work with and those ladies stay on top of the equipment requests they get until the patients needs are met.

My mother moved to Maryland until March, she needed med and the local pharmacy called Medicine Mart to get her meds refilled. They are very pleasant and helpful.
