I am on medication for my health. I was scheduled for a zoom to see how i was doing on the medication. I was on zoom for 20 min and no one logged on. I then received a message that I missed the appointment. I called them and told them i was on zoom ON TIME AND FOR TWENTY MINS. They told me she is booked for two months and i would have to wait. in the mean time she will not refill the medication until she see me LOL??? Unprofessional and does not respect peoples time. But if i show up late they want me to reschedule. Very weird people including the doctor. dresses crazy and acts crazy good bye.

Outstanding and caring doctor. Office is very comfortable and staff is pleasant & efficient. But those are just the esthetics; Dr H is quite thorough and does not rush to diagnose but rather, takes in both your test results and how you are feeling before determining the course of action. If more doctors used her approach, more patients would be better cared for.

This place is SMALL so why when you call do you get an outsourced location and have to beg to talk to the office. THEN you wait on hold for over 10 minutes unbelievable. This Dr won't give me a referral to my specialist until SHE runs certain tests which is what the specialist does NOT THE PRIMARY. I only picked her because she was in my insurance and they scam you by making you get a primary to write referrals/bloodwork which she refused. SLOW staff, primary Dr YUCK. Don't use her.

They seem very disorganized and don’t communicate with each other. I’m trying to get preop test done and they’re running me in circles. I’ve already had to reschedule my surgery twice because they take so long. And the preop test that I have expired so I have to do them all over again at my expense. One office will fax another office documents and the other office never finds it. I have to go get the paperwork myself because apparently they don’t know how to use fax machines to communicate. Cleveland call me and said they didn’t have the news lab results and I said to the young lady I have a surgery coordinator, don’t you think you should be calling her not the patient, the call me at 5:00 pm asking me where are the results. This has been a very frustrating and expensive experience for me.

Totally disagreed with the last reviewer My Family and I have been a patient’s of Dr Hussain’s for more than 10 years. She has always been available to us for any health concerns and to answer any questions. For certain medications, she does want your blood level checked often but I’ve never had a problem with that.
