Ta-massage bodywork

I have been going to see Tamara with TA Massage for the past 3 years. I have to say, she’s nothing like the typical "Massage Envy" places. She’s seriously an artist when it comes to her work. While you might be able to tell her what areas need attention, she will find what REALLY needs attention. That is what makes it her art. Massages for me are treats... She has always created a space for me relax and let go because she personalizes everything - it’s not just a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. The bodywork that Tamara performs is truly exceptional in it's caliber, intention and delivery. If you're fortunate enough, every now and again you get to experience something truly magical in life and if you're considering whether to get a massage here, there's a high probability you'll add to your collection of magical experiences. I went in with no expectations and didn't give any direction with what I wanted other than letting her know I had some tension here and there. Before too long all my troubled, tense, & sore areas were found and the utmost care was given to make it all better. I believe this is an indicator that someone is a master of their craft. Being able to work skillfully with little to no direction. A rare quality indeed! I have been seeing Tam regularly for almost 4 years now! I saw her all through my pregnancy and post-partum. She is so knowledgeable about how the body works, she is able to get right to the root cause of any pain or stiffness. I love that she knows my body (and all my issues!) so well after all this time, but each massage is still tailored to exactly what I need on that particular day. I always leave a session feeling taller, lighter, and more open. Highly recommend!

Tam has provided body work on me for about two months, prior to that I did not believe massage had long-term healing effects. Tam has completely changed my mindset. I am very athletic and had pain in my shoulder, Tam professionally and carefully evaluated my body and listened to my concerns. She created a plan unique to my needs and has delivered above and beyond results! I have never felt more limber in my life and I practice flexibility regularly. I find I am better able to perform athletically and personally. Tam goes above and beyond adding personal touches such a various essential oils, lotions, cupping, stones, etc. Everytime the session is a little different. Personally I think everyone needs a weekly massage from Tam, your body will thank you!
