T Station Dental Group

Today I had my third appt at T Station Dental. The staff are wonderful and answer all my questions. The doctor is kind, explains everything to me, and is understanding and professional. I look forward to being a life-long dental patient here. I have had a truly amazing experience here.

I say this with extreme confidence and frustration, this is by far the WORST dental places to go to. Every woman at the front desk is beyond rude. Each one is unhelpful, argumentative, and unwelcoming. I’ve only been here twice and each time was excruciating trying to receive even remotely decent service at the front desk. I’ve asked to speak with the manager each time in person and over the phone and apparently he’s never available. Today I called and he numerous times refused to come to the phone and made his front desk person relay messages over and over again. His name is Anderson and he is undoubtedly the most unprofessional and incompetent person. Under zero circumstances should he manager any team or business. I will not recommend a single person here and I will be writing a letter

I am in the midst of a very detailed procedure, so I've been to about 4 of 6 visits so far. And knock on wood I've had no problems with the only thing that really matters to me... The Doctor. And he (Dr. Sweeny) has been amazing. He patiently explains in detail everything he'll be doing, makes sure I'm okay w it all, and is just a kind person. Not to mention the work he's done so far has been fantastic.

Dr. Sweeney has been my dentist for years and is consistently a great dentist. He is always thorough and explains each step that he is doing during the appointment. Really appreciate his details.

Everything went great till I got home and realized they removed two of my front teeth brackets and instead of letting me know so I could go downstairs and get them fix they pretended it didn’t happen and just put the wire on top of it, so now I have to wait till next week to get it fixed. Other than that the hygienist did a great job and the dentist was very thorough. I guess make sure you aren’t in a hurry and have all your brackets accounted for before leaving because they won’t let you know.
