I've only taken my son here three times however I can say everyone in office has treated me with kindness. Kelly is always super friendly and is a delight to talk too. Our doctors takes her time and explains everything and answers any questions we may have . This doctors office is super flexible (I've rescheduled a couple of times last minute) and im not always on time and they still welcome us with a smile! all three of my kids will be attending this office and as for now I am super grateful I found them and will continue to update my reviews as time goes on.

Kelly was absolutely a delight and did everything amazingly. However, the unnamed untrained call girl thinks calling the department of health for medical records is a threat. Not only do you need to learn your industry, you also need an attitude adjustment.

My son has been going to this practice his entire life, for nearly 16 years. I am surprised to see so many negative reviews as we have always had a positive experience. Dr. Jones and Kelly are exceptional. My son hates getting blood drawn and gets himself so worked up sometimes that he has fainted. Today he had to have bloodwork and Kelly was so kind and so patient, spoke to him so kindly, even had him laughing a bit. Dr. Jones may be “a bit blunt” at times but I appreciate that about her as I know she doesn’t beat around the bush and you will always get her honest opinion. She is great with the kids and my son likes her very much, and you can tell that she cares very much about her patients (and she always makes us laugh too, she’s a riot). Monica Jones put me (an at the time 13-14 year old) on Hydroxyzine with the bare minimum questioning on my "general anxiety" and sleeping issues after a traumatic event.
