I had a filling fall out n a chip on the upper right side driving me crazy they got me in immediately! Found I needed a crown did insurance etc in the moment and did crown same day same appointment friendly welcoming and they were also training a new female assistant who was super friendly knowledgeable she will definitely be a great addition to an already great staff !!! I’ve been there from the beginning of their opening even through a couple minor hiccups staff was always very nice supportive and efficient! I recommend this practice for all who want a great dentist experience no matter which doctor you get Dr G is my usual doc she is very attentive to detail is always improving she make you feel part of the process safe n comfortable and confident that she will find an answer needed or

Our family had our first visit to Syracuse Family Dental this afternoon and had an absolutely fantastic experience. We'd previously gone to an out of town practice that we adored, but the logistics of getting there had us looking for a local option. I went this afternoon for my own oceanic as well as cleanings for my 9 and 10 year old children - and had my infant in tow too. From the moment we walked into the waiting room we were treated with kindness and professionalism. One of my children is particularly anxious about going to the dentist and all of the staff went out of their way to ensure it was a positive experience for my child. We had such a great experience with this office! They were able to get us in right away for my child’s chipped tooth even though we were new patients, which meant so much to us. The dentist was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly. My son is very scared of needles, and the entire team was so patient, gentle, and understanding with him. They truly went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. We were so impressed that we transferred all of our children — as well as myself and my husband — to this practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and efficient dental team!

Great dental office. Very kind and well organized. We absolutely love our hygienist Laurel. She is kind and does an amazing job with everyone’s teeth. She is also so good with kids and you can tell she really cares. We’re so grateful for her!

Fantastic dental practice. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to go. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while and they took care of all of my needs. I even had to have wisdom teeth removed at almost 50 yrs old, and I had absolutely no pain or trouble after. Their hygienists and office staff are also top notch!
