Originally, I volunteered philanthropicly, never expecting to be helped physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually myself. Every staff member treated me in such a way to replace my anxiety, tension and worries with reassurance, kindness, and extremely good care. Above and beyond medical treatment. All my concerns and questions were answered in such a way to increase my confidence and commitment to continue with Synexus. This is what I tell everyone! Highly recommend!

I agreed to take part in a trial study and set an appointment over a month in advance. I received two emails confirming my appointment. When I showed up on the day of the appointment, they told me it had been cancelled. Apparently they tried to call me and when I didn't answer they cancelled it. They did not leave a voicemail, or state in the emails that I needed to verbally confirm the appointment after the initial phone call I had. They simply removed me from their books and didn't tell me. I took a day off of work for this. Major waste of time.

This could not have been a better first clinical study experience. Every single member of the staff has been exceptionally patient, kind, friendly, and helpful. They truly go above and beyond here.

Just completed a year-long study, and every staff member I encountered was a dedicated individual. A shout out to Emily, who was so thorough and always a joy.
