Alecia is amazing at what she does. She is very knowledgeable about muscles and how the body works, and she is extremely skilled at working your muscles to release toxins. The ambiance was peaceful, and she worked with me ahead of the appointment to ensure that I had everything I needed. She checked in with me beforehand to see how my body was feeling, and discussed what I was looking for in a massage. She listened and worked with me throughout the massage to target certain areas that were holding tension, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Alecia is very friendly and personable. She knows her stuff too. I had a very stiff neck and shoulder area and experienced a noticeable increase in my range of motion after my massage. I woke up the next day feeling better than I've felt in months and noticed an improvement in my flexibility and movement. Already looking forward to my next massage!
