Synergy Hematology Oncology

I scheduled an appointment with Synergy and Dr. Samuel Einbinder, MD more than two weeks in advance and was expecting to be seen as planned. However, I received a call on Friday informing me that they could not proceed with my appointment on Monday due to an “error in the system.” This reflects a LACK of organization and basic professionalism. Patients arrange their schedules, take time off work, and plan around medical appointments. Canceling at the last minute because of an internal administrative mistake is unacceptable and a complete waste of people’s time.

I absolutely love Dr.Sam and his team. They’re all so nice and very personable. first time I felt like a doctor actually cares about me wellbeing
