I've had 4 apts with Tracy, a different combo of services each time. I've become more aware of myself... the 30-90 minute of quiet/realization with the massage and energy is wonderful. I will absolutely return; not sure of my beliefs with the spiritual aspect/Reiki, but she has opened my eyes to a new peace and calm!
