Symbiosis Urgent Care

I had an excellent experience at this Symbiosis urgent care clinic. The front desk staff was welcoming, and I was seen within 10 minutes. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I left feeling reassured and well taken care of. Highly recommend

From the moment I called I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who verified that they could take my insurance. She explained to me how easy it was to schedule an appointment online and I was able to get an appointment within an hour. Process was very simple and effective. When I arrived I was taken care of by Dalia Reyna and she was super nice and took good care of me. I was seen by Dr. Bassler and he was very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. I loved that along the way he always checking in on me and asking if I needed anything else. They ran a few tests and got back to me as quickly as possible. Overall, my experience here was great and I recommend it others.

I appreciated the ability to pick an appointment time online. Receptionist Dalia was friendly, efficient and savvy. Dr. Bassler was also friendly and intelligent. He was very thorough with his exam and didn't rush through it. This by far has been the best urgent care I've been to in Redlands.

The staff was very empathetic and caring. It was not crowded and there was no wait time. We had an appointment and we got right in and out. The facility is very clean and all of the nautical decor provided a nice distraction.

Amazing care here. They work so fast you can make an appt same day usually. The staff really cared for me and my son when we came in. They had everything needed in house and were just so attentive to detail and aware of our time.
