I love the office and the doctors that work there, I wish I could say the same about the lab tech that works I’ve had multiple visits to this office for lab work, and unfortunately my experience has consistently been uncomfortable. I am a difficult stick, and instead of being met with patience or care, I’ve felt rushed and spoken to in an unwelcoming manner. During my most recent visit, the staff member performing my blood draw was rough and dismissive, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. I hope the office can address this.

I am a patient at Symbios. I was very ill with a cold and terrible cough for 2 weeks. Finally called and was able to get apt the same day. Celeste Welsh saw me and before I left the office I was receiving txt from the pharmacy my priority prescriptions were ready. Ive always liked Symbios for checkups ,bloodwork, etc. When you really need a Doctor they have always be there for me. Thank you so much.

Yeah, time to “re-position “ the lady that does the blood work . She’s just not a good match for your business., if you want to project a positive experience? Do your surveys ask about “the blood experience” I don’t think they do? I don’t take it personally because she’s like that to everybody

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Deborah Luther! She is truly the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. She is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, always taking the time to listen and make sure I feel heard. I never feel rushed during my visits, and she genuinely cares about my well-being. Finding a doctor who is both compassionate and knowledgeable is rare, and I feel so lucky to have her as my provider. I highly recommend Dr. Deborah Luther to anyone looking for exceptional care!

I was told this is the best doctor on the island so my husband and I decided to try this office out . To start I had my annual visit and I was charged extra$$. I spoke to my insurance they said there is no co-pay I should pay nothing. I called the office . They said because when I was asked “is there any issues you want to talk about ?” I said well I get dizzy sometimes and I think it may be allergies( I diagnosed by the way ) they now charge me per Medicare they say . So I asked, the clerk , why do you ask? No reply . My husband was charged 60.00 for a zoom that no one showed up to. When he put that in the portal someone finally called hours later and for a 5 minute consult it’s Now $60.00 This office nickel dimes you on everything . We have yet to ever see the infamous Dr Luther . I sa
