The staff was AMAZING. Our family has gone through orthodontist treatment with our oldest with a different provider and the level of service, cleanliness and explanation we got at HLH was 1000% times superior. Will be transferring our other child to HLH.

HLS Orthodontics is top notch. I have never been to a medical facility, dental or otherwise, where it was run so tightly. There’s never any waiting, you get taken back right at your appointment time, and receive stellar care. We are very, very happy with this office!

Appt scheduled at least 4-6 weeks out & requested a sign language interpreter for this day. Zero issues on the previous 6ish appointments to obtain one. Got a message from their office, saying that I “have to” bring my own sign language interpreter. That was never the case until now and it never should be according to the ADA law. Disappointed.

An awesome first time experience for myself. The staff members were very pleasant & I felt so comfortable with Dr. Hansen.

Staff is pleasant and treatment is thorough. Would be 5 stars except that scheduling is very difficult. Many times we have to go out longer than the recommended time period due to the lack of available appointments. The appointments that are available are then at times we need to pull the kids out of school. If expecting to get a specific location throughout the duration of treatment, that can be an issue as well.
