I wanted to support a local pharmacy, but after multiple issues I had to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. My HIV medication was repeatedly delayed despite being sent in and despite me explaining that it cannot be interrupted for health reasons. After having to jump through multiple hoops to avoid missing doses, I no longer felt confident relying on this pharmacy for time-sensitive medication. If you take medication that must be filled consistently and without delay, I would recommend confirming their ability to do so before transferring.

This place always goes above and beyond! It has the best of all worlds-knowledgeable and professional staff but the feel of a small town pharmacy. I remember one time specifically; they were going to close but the doctor hadn’t called back to refill an important prescription I needed for my child. The pharmacist assured me she was still going to be there for a while longer and would let me know when she heard from the doctor. I believe she called me an hour after official closing time to let me know that the prescription was filled and it would even be delivered on their last delivery of the day.
