Stay away from this place, to say the least. I never got a good feeling from day one, when they told me that parents weren’t allowed to go into the consultation room with their children. I made it clear that this was non-negotiable for me, and they agreed to make an exception. We’ve been there a few times, and I was always able to accompany my son. However, during our most recent follow-up visit, things took a turn. The assistant told me I couldn’t go in, so I explained the situation. She said she’d speak with the office manager. After waiting 10–15 minutes, someone finally came out and took me into a room—only to try to convince me that it was “okay” for my son to go in alone and that I should “trust them.” Seriously? My boys had their first appointment with Dr. Ahmad Alnuaimy and I’m really impressed! The office was clean and welcoming, the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the entire dental team made us feel comfortable right away. The dentist and hygienist took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. I left feeling well taken care of and confident about my boys dental health plan. So glad I found this place—highly recommend!

I dont know what is going on in the front office but their billing practices are wrong. They tried to charge me over $300 dollars out of pocket today for a routine cleaning check up. Only for someone to step in and correct and now I have to pay nothing? So if the lady never said anything, they would have tried to charge me for a covered service. I cancelled and walked out. I believe the also messed up my billing the last time my daughter had treatment. I cannot trust them to accurately bill. I will have to find another dentist and I will not be back. I would say don't come here until the front office improves.

I’m sad to say that my children had came to this dentist for quite some time and I never had a billing or service issue EVER and now I’m having to find a new dentist because of a billing error the staff made and was told I had to pay over a balance of $180 because my other sons insurance wasn’t in range with them after the staff verified my sons insurance and cleared for him to go months ago! Now I get a call less than 19 hours before his appointment to tell me they cant see him if I don’t pay that balance? How is that my fault? If my other sons insurance wasn’t in network that was something they could have told me before giving us the clear to go? So now my other son can’t be seen? Ridiculous!
