Sarah is fantastic! I have been dealing with pain and tightness in my back and shoulders and, with a few questions be fore she started working on me, she was able to tailor a plan to address the issues we talked about as well as address areas I didn't realize were troublesome but we're contributing to my overall issues. Her thorough knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics was apparent as she could tell how I use my muscles on a daily basis based on how they felt while she was working on them. She checked in multiple times during our session to make sure she was targeting the correct areas, as well as make sure the work being done wasn't too intense. Hands down the best massage therapist I've seen!

I was in desperate need of some help with pain I've been having for over 5 mos. It led to migraines it was getting so bad. My husband finally talked me into searching for a massage therapist and I found Sarah bc of her wonderful reviews. Thank goodness!!!! Please read the review Lindsay gave and ditto! After 1 session with Sarah my pain is subsiding and I haven't had a migraine since. I've since had 2 more appointments and am definitely on the road to recovery. I feel up to starting to work out again which wasn't an option before. I want to keep Sarah a secret so I can get in when I'd like... but others should get to have the same experience and relief too.
