My children have been patients at Tenny Pediatrics since they were 6 and 7 years old. Since Swope Health took over, the experience has gone downhill—and my most recent visit was by far the worst. I went in to get my 19-year-old son updated on his vaccines for school. I fully understand he’s no longer a child, but I was told by his previous doctor that he could still be seen there even after turning 18. I decided to follow through on that guidance. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel unwelcome. She stared us up and down—no greeting, no “how can I help you”—just silence until I spoke first. Took my daughter into Tenney pediatrics she deep cough,sore throat, and losing her voice, Jesse morino and the assistant checked her out,did a covid test, and strep test, she was negative, then checked her ears, she had and ear infection, put her on an antibiotic, amoxicillin. Jesse told me honey was better for coughs for kids. Thanks to Jesse and his assistant, plus the professional and friendly staff. Been going to Tenney pediatrics for over 16 years now.

We’ve been with Tenney Pediatrics for some time and were initially very pleased with the care. However, ever since the practice combined with Swope Parkway, the experience has gone downhill. The staff has become noticeably rude and unhelpful, which is especially frustrating when you’re trying to manage your child’s health. What pushed us to switch practices wasn’t just the poor customer service it was also the misinformation we were given. When we requested a copy of our child’s vaccination records to be mailed, the office told us they couldn’t do it due to “HIPAA laws in Missouri.” That’s simply not true. I want to be clear Dr. Tenney is a great doctor. Unfortunately, the service here is very poor. I called to have my daughter seen and I received no call back. I went the next day early in the morning during walk in hours and I sat and waited for hours. They took another walk in back that came an hour after me. If you want quality healthcare service do not send your children here. They treat you like you don’t matter and your time isn't important. The customer service is very poor!!! After today I’m looking for a different practice. I never leave reviews but this place is ridiculous.

I been going to Dr. Tenney since 98 when my little brother was born. I have also taken my own children my son is 18 now. He is a good Dr and the appointment's are on time and diagnosised pretty fast. I've had minor problems and really big issues and they always help. My youngest son is 6 and the doctor been there for him since he was born I would suggest them to anyone with children
