Worst customer service and communication. It’s difficult and inconvenient to fill a script. If you choose delivery, they don’t tell you when they are coming but won’t leave it without a signature. If you use their drive thru, you wait a minimum of 10-15 minutes (and that’s if they don’t completely ignore the drive thru, which has happened more than once). They got rid of their portal. They want you to use their text line, but they don’t respond in a timely manner. I have never seen a more disorganized and poorly run pharmacy.

Emily is an absolute saint! We needed some help with my Mom and Dad and Emily went above and beyond to take care of my parents. There are good people in this world, and they work at Sweetgrass. Highly recommend.

I drove through the drive thru a week ago in Seaside Farms, they were suppose to order my vitamins and take care of transferring my prescriptions to their location! Nothing happened at all! I went in 5 days later and they knew nothing about my vitamins! They didn’t take care of my prescriptions either! I will NOT be moving my prescriptions to them! This is absolutely bad customer service.

Months of issues. Very poorly managed. Unable to get through on phone, Messages not returned. Critical prescriptions lost and not delivered. Multiple requests for manager / owner contact ignored. Consider using another pharmacy.

Disappointed! Spoke with pharmacy staff on Monday afternoon regarding confirmation of Rx. It is Thursday and I decided I should check on the Rx to see if it had been shipped as I live in Summerville as it is a hike to go to Mt. Pleasant when I have not felt well anyways. The lady on Monday stated the Rx would be shipped, no problem. Today, I found out that it had not been shipped yet but they would put it in the mail today which will now be over a week since the doctor prescribed before I receive the Rx. I told them that this was unacceptable and got a response that it takes 48 hrs, etc., which is has been over 48 hours and is just, supposedly, being shipped today! **I did just received a text message stating that they would pay to have it shipped overnight!
