Sweetgrass Pharmacy and Compounding Carolina Park

I've been with them over 2 years. Just recently within the last 6/7 months it's been very hard to communicate with this pharmacy to get my meds filled. The wait time for drive through can be quite long. Also, when getting a compound prescription make sure you check your bag before leaving the window to ensure you have the correct amount that you paid for.

I've been going to sweetgrass pharmacy for more than 10 years now (seaside farm locations). Since they opened this second location the quality has just gone down hill in both places. The people at the Carolina park location though are are way less polite, it's more like going to CVS than OG sweetgrass. They take forever in the drive through, the turnover in the people working there is very high and overall they all look miserable to be there. You need THREE logins to fulfill refill prescriptions for compounding and commercial but when you call Carolina Park they are sooo rude and tell you to go through the portal. I wish they had kept it a small neighborhood pharmacy instead of expanding - so disappointed!

Most of the time (9 out of 10 visits), I run into the same issue: • I try to call to confirm my prescription is filled, but can’t reach anyone. • I wait for a notification that it’s ready but never receive one. • I go in person, only to find the prescription hasn’t been filled at all. This has happened repeatedly, and it makes managing my medication far more stressful than it should be. I would not recommend this pharmacy for compounded prescriptions.
