I have NEVER experienced such courtesy, care, and concern as I have from Sweetgrass Dental. From the check in process to the time Jessica called my name to the back. Her chair side manner was IMPECCABLE! She kept me educated on what she was doing the entire time and that means so much to me with having dental anxiety. Then comes Dr. Mitchell. This man made me feel VALUED! My situation is unique and he came in with NO judgement, heard what I wanted, and built a plan based around MY WANT! He was efficient, I didn’t feel like he was fast talking me to get over on me as I’ve felt in the last two weeks. Good customer service is so important to me! That is one of the many reasons I would recommend Sweet Grass. Asia was phenomenal with getting me scheduled and working through all of my insurance issues. She was pleasant and made me laugh! It was my initial interaction with her where I knew this is the type of office that knows you by name! My experience kept getting better and better as both of my dental assistants Beatrice and Jessica equally made me feel comfortable and explained everything that was happening! If you are looking for a new dental office I highly recommend you start here. You’ll truly be glad you did.

I visited for a cleaning today and was seen immediately. Ms. Jess did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and helped relieve my dental anxiety. She does such a wonderful job. Dr. Mitchell came in to finalize the visit confirming that all is well. So happy with this team, from the office staff to the dental staff. I booked my entire family for the year! ❤️❤️

The service here is exceptional. Dr. Mitchell is great at understanding patients' concerns and delivering high quality results. The staff is very friendly and the overall energy is warming. Jess, one of the assistants, performed an oral cleaning for me and got rid of all my stubborn coffee stains. My teeth are in the best health of my life since visiting Sweetgrass.
