So unimpressed with the care that we have recently received. After finishing phase 1 orthodontic work my son’s retainer broke. I called every chance I got but couldn’t get to speak to anyone. This was through 2 week period. My other son had an appointment so I asked while we were there. Lady at front desk wasn’t that helpful. I spoke with O’Dallas. She was nice and helpful and booked us an appointment for a week later and said we had to rescan sons mouth before new retainer get made. Well not sure what happened within a week but things changed. I queried the new retainer but the guy was like this is why. I explained 2 times what we had been told the week before. Tried fitting retainer. Bottom part cut gum a little they take and adjust. A lady brings back this time and asks to check. My son

Strengths: I have been skeptical of a lot of orthodontics locations, but this place has been a very good experience. From the orthodontist Dr. Hideki Ikeda to the very caring employee Jaime Colin, everyone will ensure you are well taken care of. Dr. Ikeda is likely the best orthodontist provider at this location and if you like him and want him to be your attending dentist, you can request that with the front desk. If preferred, you are even able to request your assistant/other staff members who will always try to be the one who takes care of you before the orthodontist sees you. As a provider myself, I respect that Dr. Ikeda always has valuable information to share, stays within his scope of practice, and does not overstep the boundaries like many other providers out there. I recently came in with my nephew so he could get this braces tightened. The office is so nice and newly renovated, they have tv on the ceiling and iPads to keep the kids entertained. Jolleen was the assistant helping out my nephew. She was gentle and made him feel really comfortable! They see people all ages for braces! I may consider coming for a consult myself.

Our experience has been very good so far planning Braces for my daughter. Ayde was very knowledgeable with financial questions and was reassuring to both my ex husband and myself as we are coparenting. She was also patient with additional questions that we had about procedures. The doctor, technician and hygentest were also friendly and patient. This office is the place to go for perfect teeth. I got my braces done by Dr. Ikeda and I love my results! I had braces done by another orthodontist in the east coast that I didn’t finish because I was moving, but since I moved back to California I wanted to finish up my braces. I found Dr. Ikeda online, I called and set up an appointment and had a free consultation. His consultation was very thorough, I had my xrays taken and some pictures of myself and my teeth taken, so he could show me what he recommended. The staff at his office are all so friendly and are good at what they do!
