Sweet Castle Foot Spa

Visited 811/22..Have been going here for years but since Covid the staff is disorganized. It seemed like they were doing on the job training today. Too much chatter between massagers, no separation between people coming in and noise from the front room. Everyone deserves to eat but insistence that you have to give a certain tip is wrong especially when the masseuse does not even communicate with you. This place has gone down.

Brought my mother for mother’s day yesterday for a foot massage ONLY. I went back a half hour later and asked them to give her a full hour. I left and when I came back to get her she told me that they decided to give her a full body massage and took her clothes off!! She got up and there were MALE clients around and she was undressed!!!! 😡 Full body is ONLY supposed to be done in an enclosed room! Not out in the open!! They place a towel over her face so she wouldn’t notice!!! She wasn’t aware!! That’s absolutely WRONG! Who can I contact about this situation?

This place is incredible! Not fancy, but the experience is worth it. Staff is friendly and accommodating and you are always greeted with a smile. Prices are great, and you leave this place feeling like a million bucks!
