I’ve had nothing but the best care, skill, and friendliness of the dental staff, but my recent experience with billing was unacceptable, which is why I will not return and cannot recommend this office. Kim called me on my work line, was rude, refused a direct way to communicate while at work,and insisted on pressuring that line until the balance was paid. I reached out to Michelle, who I had always spoken with before, hoping for understanding. At first, she referenced her own issues with mail and seeing mine returned, then accused me of moving and trying to scam the office. She said I needed to “see it from her view.” When I expressed that I was upset about the inappropriate calls, she turned it around, saying I was “mad at them for owing a balance,” and implied she knows where I work whe

They are never pushy, and always listen to you. I really like this Dentist, and has fixed several problems I had that my last dentist left me with.

My experience was great! So efficient and customer service is awesome. My dental hygienist Ashley was very thorough but gentle on my teeth and also very kind and professional. We just moved back to the area and I don’t like finding new dentists, but this time was easy! Dr. Sauvage was also very thorough, efficient, and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be returning.

Swanson Dental is the best. They don't just yank your teeth just to sell you an implant. They put in a bridge and it looks great and I'm happy with it. And I will get an implant with them eventually. Wonderful people to work with. Stay away from West River Periodontal.

Love Swanson Dental! Dr Sauvage is so professional and kind. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dental visits and him and his hygienist always do a great job at making me feel safe! Cannot recommend more! Front desk is always nice and smiley as well!!!!
