I provided my insurance months in advance and waited almost six months for this appointment. I traveled over two hours to get there, only to be told at check in that my insurance was not accepted and the appointment was denied. No prior notice was given. No prior notice was given, despite ample time to verify eligibility. In NJ: Medical offices are expected to perform reasonable pre visit insurance verification when insurance is submitted in advance. Denying an appointment at check in without prior notice after months of lead time is considered poor practice and can qualify as an unfair business practice if it caused harm or inconvenience. I even offered to pay out of pocket, but my daughter was still denied a medical evaluation. No services were provided. This was a complete failure in

Waited 6 months for this appointment. Phones dont turn on till 830 and my appointment was earlier. Running late due to unforeseen circumstances and was given any leniency. How can I get in touch with anyone when the phones aren't even on?! Just needed a second opinion but will def go elsewhere.

I waited for 4 months for my son’s appointment. Dr. Sinha canceled my appointment a few week before, and now the next spot available will be in 4 months. So sorry, but This is very unfair.
