Sadly Dr. Eckert is a great doctor with very poor staffing and help. I had way too many issues getting medication refills, scripts for bloodwork sent over and MRI appointments set. I saw the doctor last August and the office was just now getting me setup for the MRI (almost 7 months later). It took around 2 months to get my meds setup and straightened out. I’m over a year past due on the MRI and when you’re an MS patient, meds need to be taken and an MRI isn’t something that should go this far. When I called to ask, the staff was unfriendly. I had to send a fax to get someone’s attention at one point. Sorry to say I had to move on to someone else. I saw a new doctor 3 weeks ago. My medical records were transferred and Dr. Eckerts office still had me setup for an appointment today. I sent a

Choose to see Dr. Eckert after my my Dr. Of many years left and past 3 years gave her many chances thinking I was just used to being with the Dr. I was used to for so long ... WRONG... DR.ECKERT is not a People person, nor a kind or listening Dr. She talks at you, not listening to you and in over 3 yrs NEVER even ordered 1 blood test until I asked and stated I wanted them done since the other Dr ran them every 6 months like clock work .. my condition has went down hill was put in hospital and still NOT figured out what is wrong .. After over 14 years SAD TO SAY IM LEAVING UBMD NUROLOGY ... to go to another Nurologist and practice that doesn't represent Dr. Eckert ..

Dr Eckert is a excellent Dr. Listens to all my concerns and does not rush my examination. Highly recommend her!!
