Dr. Gharib has been my Rheumatologist for about 15 years and I do not know what shape I would be in had I not found her. I was in so much pain I could barely walk and she said to me, "Let me help you." And that is just what she did. She cares about her patients and listens to your concerns, feeling and complaints always with a smile on her face, never making you feel as though you are taking up to much of her time. Any one in need of a Rheumatologist should look her up. She is the best.

I've been coming to this physician since 2019 after having care in a previous treatment session. She's the most dedicated physician in her field of study and continuing education there of. Her approach was straight forward in her diagnosis of my medical issue. She was able to diagnose my issue and treatment was done post haste. When she asked us about a newer treatment in her field, we sat down with her and discussed it. Her staff went above and beyond the call of duty of setting us up through our insurance needs and this new treatment has been a life changer in my overall health as of my arthritis treatment. Worst office staff I've ever dealt with. I called yesterday before my appointment to see what exactly I would need and was told to pick up a new patient packet upon arrival and to bring my insurance cards and that would be all. After driving 2 1/2 hours and staying in a hotel room since my appointment was at 8 am I was told that I could not be seen because I did not have my driver's license on me. Ridiculous. Should have been mentioned before arriving as I could have explained that I do not have a photo ID. Waste of over $300 dollars in tolls, hotel room, food and gas just to be told that I would have to reschedule 2 months from now. The doctor may be great I have no clue, but the office staff needs retrained in customer service and proper etiquette. I will look for another rheumatologist

Excellent Physician very knowledgeable and theral about your condition, concerns and questions. Very kind and caring makes you feel like a patient and not a number. Doesn't rush through your appointment and gives you her opinion on your condition. If your in need of a Rheumatologist she is highly recommend.
