My first visit was not impressive. Appointment at 9:30am, still waiting at 10:30am. Why make an appointment if you still have to wait? This is unpleasant and not professional, especially with a new client. My daughter said mom, can we leave? This is sad 😢 and ridiculous. Update: The technician put my daughter on the scale with 3 inch Ugg boots and proceeded to write her height down. I had to tell her, that’s not how you were trained in school. You know the patient has to take to take shoes like that off, as it’s giving her 3 inches more than her true height. I then proceeded to ask what’s the update with the wait. She said, oh, we only have one doctor today, sorry! Another update: Two hours later, still no doctor! We have left, took our paperwork and finding another doctor. Worse service

The staff here are unprofessional and disorganized. I always had a long wait time. Dr. O does not listen to your concerns. All she wants to do is push vaccines every visit even if your kid has had them. She will try to give others really early just to give one while your there. I constantly had to reminder her throughout visits they have had them and do not need them early. Whenever I had questions about the vaccines I was dismissed. And the nurses could never tell me what they were giving my children when I would try to confirm what shots they were going to receive. I stayed here longer than I should have out of convenience when my husbands work changed insurance. I do not recommend this place. They do not care about health care and are not knowledge at all.

Too slow. Arrived at 11am still in the waiting area up to 11:50am. To finally get admit in the room for another 30 min. On top of that no trash can in the room

I continued in this place for 4 years just for the convenience of having my son's medical history, but I do not recommend it to anyone. The attention of the staff is terrible and the worst of all is that there is not even the slightest respect for your time. They play with you without any kind of respect.

The WORST doctors office EVER. To start off, there’s a new person working here every day, the turnover rate for their employees says a lot about this office. Second, the waiting time is RIDICULOUS. I get that there’s always a waiting time, but there’s no reason one should wait one hour to be taken to a room, then another hour to be seen by the doctor. There’s no sense of urgency here. Their way of running this business is so messy. Every time i come back i remember why i want to change doctors offices. Let’s not forget how DIRTY it is, it’s like the rooms don’t get cleaned after every patient. DO NOT bring your child here. They’ll suffer more just by waiting for someone to care
