Sutter Urgent Care

I visited Sutter urgent care in Tracy this past Tuesday. I saw Miranda Tadevich NP very soon after arriving. She is awesome! She listened to my concern and ordered CXR for me. I were able to get out there less than an hour. I highly recommend this facility, the staff from the front desk, and the doctor -- they are very professional and friendly.

Dr Parvandi was the Dr that helped me during my visit. She missed more than 1 thing during my visit making it longer than needed. For example, I needed a CT scan and that needed to be done across the street at the emergency room. I waited there over an hour just to be told that I needed to go back to the Urgent Care for blood work. After I got to do my CT scan the specialist advised that if she proceeded she could’ve costed not only hers but others licenses. I suggest that there needs to be more training done. Besides her the staff and facility were clean and helpful and informative.

If I could rate this urgent care center with a lesser star, I would give it a zero. My granddaughter was in there around 4:20 today and waited until 5:15 to have a doctor see her. She was in the waiting room for 45 minutes when somebody peaked in and realized there was still a patient in the room. The doctor came in and was going to have her do a chest x-ray for bronchitis! usually bronchitis can be heard by just listening to the chest with a stethoscope! After that, nobody came to get her for x-rays and she waited an additional 15 minutes before she left without being seen by the doctor. Extremely poor patient care in my opinion.

This place should not be called an urgent care. I had someone visiting here who was referred for immediate hospitalization and suffering with excruciating pain. The staff did not address them for more than 4 hours(supposedly not urgent enough as per their triaging), and failed to give any reasonable ETA, stating you just have to wait. Never coming here again, and definitely would not recommend to anyone needing urgent care.

I came in and told the doctor I have at fever for more than a week, I already got negative for strep throat, flu, and Covid, and they told me that I just have a week long fever. Then I went to another hospital and they guessed I have Oneumonia. So they didn’t even bother to do a chest x ray on me and sent me home. Seemed like they didn’t care about my health and they just wanted me out and gone.
