Beautiful facility. Close to Montgomery stop. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have a chance to make an appointment, it makes check-in easy. Was seen quickly. Labs performed on site. Was out the door with a diagnosis and prescription. Everyone was welcoming and efficient—a great combination for an Urgent Care!
I went to this place for urgent care, but received a ridiculously large bill afterwards. I had a similar issue with my annual exam in another Sutter place. The doctors are very nice and thorough, but their billing department is trying to make more money in recent years.
They took me in right away and were friendly and professional. Clean facilities and very nice staff.
I was pleased to finally have an urgent care clinic nearby that is open on the weekends. Staff was friendly and attentive.
