Sutter Urgent Care

My experience was really great. I went to see about a gash I got on my finger from cutting it on glass. The receptionist greeted me and was very friendly. I was seen by Dr. Toor and he was kind and attentive. The nurse was also really great too. She cleaned my wound and was very gentle and careful. Would definitely recommend coming here for your urgent care needs.

I had 3 visits here recently and I've left each time so grateful for their efficiency and professionalism. Doctors and physician assistants alike deliver outstanding care here. Dr. Linker and Dr. Jung provided timely diagnoses and medication that helped me avoid more serious illnesses. And Ana the physician assistant helped rule out serious conditions; her treatment and prescriptions immediately helped me get better. Finally, the nursing and lobby staff were all so courteous, helpful and gracious to me. Thank you again!

They were able to see me in less than 90 min and scheduled the lab quickly. But when the lab results came, instead of sending me to the hospital, they sent me to home. Because of advise from some of the family members, I visited ER with the lab results from the urgent care which resulted in hospitalization for 3 days and a surgery (procedure) that saved my life. If I listened jus to the urgent care, I may not be here to write this review :-(. Not sure whether I will trust their judgement.

Thursday night only 2-3people ahead of me n registration went fast. Most of my Dr's are at PAMF so I opted to go to this location. The staff that night was great and I got a wonderful Dr Diem Chau-Le. She got the pain spots right on and I was so pleased. I thought I was having a heart attack and my whole right side was in pain down to my hands and that's what brought me in. ITS usually busy at this location but it went fast this late afternoon. She was empathetic and thorough in explanation which set me at ease. My Xray tech was also great ! He even offered to carry my bag that housed my clothing keys n extra travel purse. After accomplishing what needed to be done total wait time was about 1.5 hrs or more to final leaving. Anticipate long waiting time coz they want to get the results of X

Showed up Friday afternoon (2-13-26) and got in within 10 minutes. Was talking to Dr. Tully in less than 30 mins. Everyone at this location was caring and very professional. The facility is nice and parking was super easy (but I could see it being a hassle). Dr. Tully is a superb Doctor - excellent manner and focused on my issues. Ran comprehensive tests to make sure nothing was left out. 5 stars+ for Dr. Tully and Sutter Health Care Urgent Care in Mountain View
