Sutter Tracy Community Hospital Emergency Department

To the nurse that saw me tonight and gave me the numbing throat cocktail because I thought something was stuck in my throat, if you happen to be reading. I was the one that accidentally spilled some soda on the seat. I didn't ask for a paper towel because I didn't want to feel like a burden and yall are always so busy. And I sat on the chair anyways. Looking back that was dumb and embarrassing of me. I've been tired and not making the best decisions lately lol so I'm sorry you had to witness that, you probably thought that was weird of me to do (which it was). Thank you all for helping me truly and know that I don't normally make odd decisions like that. I had already bent over a bit with an open drink so I clearly needed rest lmao

Absolute worse “emergency” room possible. Stayed in the waiting room for 5 hours. After being in excruciating pain for an hour in the waiting room I left back home to be in pain there for about an hour and a half, only to return to the Emergency room and they actually just called my name to only be triaged. Then got called back for labs, and an EKG, guess what, back to the waiting room in pain. After waiting again for another hour I asked when a bed may become available. The Male nurse sitting in the room to the left of check in l, who was slouched back in his chair almost asleep says “don’t know” back to what he was doing (nothing). Checked in at 7pm- walked out at 11:58 pm in pain. P.S. y’all should take this sign down… Update… after driving to Pleasanton Stanford emergency I was immedia

Worst experience with RN TRAN, DIANA.She should be fired because she doesn’t know her job at all.Primary doctor after looking at the X-Ray report immediately send us to the Sutter hospital as there is fracture in the arm but she was like there is no fracture at all .She is like I cannot see anything.She with her big eye glasses too can’t see anything and she there is no fracture that I can.I told her my mom has pain and doctor already send us here because of her fracture but she doesn’t listen to us and start laughing with her coworker.I was so mad and I told her again that there should be something.. She send us home.When we have see our doctor again ,our doctor was so mad because she said I send you guys for treatment how can she says that there is nothing.It was the worst experience.she
