Sutter Solano Medical Center

Today I am very sick. I was in such a hurry t forgot my bike lock. Did I have to leave though, no. The Security Personnel made accommodations for my bike to.safe. Justin and his associate were great. Thanks, that alone makes this a 4.5 Star visit.

If you don’t want to see employees talk to like crap i would stay clear of this place . I Went to visit my grandmother who was admitted to the fourth floor a couple months back . While there I witnessed a female employee yelled at by a shorter Indian male , Who may have been a supervisor . He was not dressed In regular nursing attire, just slacks and a pullover vest like sweater so I assumes he’s a manager . I absolutely felt bad for the young lady . As there wasn’t much I could do . That was unacceptable I’m sure if I heard and witnessed this so did others. there were others at the nurses station when this occurred I hope they spoke up for what happened. I hope that young lady is ok sutter needs to do better with how they treat employees. I hope and pray my grandmother doesn’t return

The amount of money that this place charges you ITS CRAAAAAZY. I went to emergency like 2 weeks ago, i didn't even go into the consulting rooms, the nurse or doctor came out to the emergency area were I was sitting, he just checked my hands feet and mouth (I was having some red dots like Chickenpox and sore throat) he just said; "O you have a disease call Coxsackie just keep taking the Tylenol and the spray for the sore Throat that you already were taking" That was it...... they ask for my information, 2 weeks later BOOOOOOOM they bill me with $1,146.40 for what? I don't even have a clue 🥴

My mom needed oxygen. Pressed the red button. Thought she was gonna die. Took them an hour to get to her. You people are the absolute worst. If she had died. All of you would've joined her.

Called 911 went to Sutter they did a great job taking care of my husband. Can't believe some of these reviews. Just think if we didn't have a local hospital.
