The front desk staff from Sutter Health treated me horribly. One of the staff extremely rude, kept rolling their eyes, ignored me completely, and even threatened me and drove me out. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior in a medical office. This kind of attitude makes new patients feel unsafe and unwelcome. I would strongly warn others to stay away from this place.
