Sutter Roseville Medical Center

Had a surgery here recently and will applaud the nurses in all ways but Dr Sepehr Dehghani as my anesthesiologist clearly is there just for his paycheck. He could have cared less about anything. Except getting me knocked out as soon as possible. Good luck having a good experience if he's picked for your surgery. ,

I have been here few times staff is amazing and love the service But parking needs to be fixed they need to build more garages some how. And cafe is ok but I was sitting there for awhile nobody cleans tables. There was lots of dirty tables. I had appointment in building 2 and 3 went to main building cafe.

I wanted to share my review to Sutter medical center building 6..2 East. Dr Mallari you were a life saver. You saved my husband. You also were just so kind and compassionate. You realy cared about how he felt and it allowed my husband to relax and know he was well taken care of. Their just the kindest people here. My husband ended up in the ER and ended up staying here for 4 days. The staff here has been absolutely amazing, kind, compassionate and caring to my husband. I wanted to make sure everyone knew how wonderful the staff is here. If you have to be hospitalized they will take care of you extremely well. Truly always were smiling amd truly care about him and how he felt. Every time they came into the room they asked how he was doing how was his pain level and always took care of him.

Went to SRMC ER via ambulance 77 year old male in extreme upper body pain. My ER CareTeam work hard to assist me. 5 STARS and I thank them. After I was to an ICU Bed My Care Team with extensive Cardio training did all the all they could, via HIPA regs, they were/ are 5 STAR. If ever you need Hospital care SRMC the only place to be!

I wish I could tell you about the staff or my experience here but the referral department has made it impossible to be seen here to the point that I’ve chosen to go anywhere else. My referrals were faxed over multiple times, emailed over multiple times, and yet no one on their staff can even confirm if it was received. Not approved by them, just received. At this point I’m convinced that Sutter does not want to take my insurance and is refusing service by claiming to not receive my referrals. I will never go to this facility considering the incompetence of this department.
