The psychiatry team never gets back to you and never responds to voicemail. All the providers here have discriminated me on a financial level, something I have never experienced at any mental health facility, and it feels honestly classist towards lower income patients. If you’re struggling like I was, this place will make you feel even more hopeless for reaching out.

Got referred to them by my other dermatologist. They did a biopsy after I insisted as i have skin cancer. It has been a month and I received no follow up call about my results nor scheduling a follow-up.

Literally everyone who answered the phone was very rude, no help . Got transferred 30 times for the smallest thing. Terrible customer service . They don’t care about anyone besides themselves !

Shameful how some value life. I made a mistake going to this Facility.
