The nurses are excellent, they make you feel like you’re special. My grievance is with Dr.Zeyad Kanaan, going outside Sutter Health, sending my personal information to outside vendors, antitrust Patient Privacy, without my knowledge or consent, falsely sending a biopsy in my name, and falsely Charging my insurance company for something I was not involved in. (False Claims Act) Don’t Go Outside Of Sutter Health, Stay With Sutter Doctors & Facilities. Don’t Let someone talk you into using outside vendors. I feel doctor’s like Dr.Zeyad Kanaan and his ethics are driving up healthcare costs. (False Claims Act)

My nurse Georgina is exceptional! I now have had her twice. I have noticed her work ethic since they were on the 1st floor. She makes me feel so comfortable. She is so caring and enjoys taking care of her patients. Thank You Georgina for a great experience!

My Wife just finished her 12 weeks of Chemotherapy at the Airway Dr. Infusion Center & the RNs were absolutely amazing, careful, & caring! I could tell you a story about each one and could still never say enough about how they each made a difficult situation bearable. Each of these ladies deserve to be recognized: Brittany Caffar, Ariana Martiez, Lailanie Borja, Connie Renee Briggs, Georgina Balasya Casttillo, Jennifer Elizabeth Laurel Christiana & Mary, Ariana Martiez, Leslie Dammuller & Kaila Ashley Southard. The nurses were so nice while my mom was in there, but now she’s having rare side affects to a bone infusion medication that are listed on the discharge form, it says if these happen to call her doctor immediately. She called the infusion center.. no call back. So then she’s called the endocrinologist 3 times and the doctor would NOT call her back even though she keeps asking. Also the doctor didn’t even know the side effects. Negligent..

My mom was driven 2 hours to come see a specialist at Sutter and told "she's old" she had a scan prior so she didn't need another. Well shame on you.
