Sutter Hospital

My doctor is good but the parking lot is shitty. Spaces are very narrow, and they sometimes charge you for parking. We are already paying $$$ for medical care, maybe they could validate the parking at least. Between the lack of spaces on some days and the tight parking, give yourself plenty of time to get to your appt because sometimes you're just driving around for 5-10 minutes or spaces are hard to come by because people take up two spaces.

I had minor outpatient procedure from the Medical center. The nurses explainted the operation clearly and the operation was performed very smoothly and quickly in a professional manner. Thank you very much to Dr. Kilday and Nurses (Ana and Lola).

My uncle was transferred there and staying the night in preparation for a heart situation because they had the expertise for it. Apparently, their staff are not experts in their field. They had told us a private room will be prepared for my uncle so my aunt can stay with him overnight. We made sure it was the case -- the next shift nurse was even made aware of the situation. I then came home (70+ miles away). Then a call was received saying my aunt can't stay and that there was no room. They now even said there was a misunderstanding, but I tell you, we did not misunderstand.

Sutter is indeed the best hospital in Sacramento, but they need to use union workers or pay them more money during reconstruction . How can they bring joy if they are not supporting union workers?

You need a lot of help and direction on ur parking!
