Sutter Health-Sutter Medical Foundation

Sutter is a great place. Well organized and kind people. Yes, they have their faults, but as a whole, Sutter does seem to want to do well. Every doctor I have had is competent and personable. The one bad thing, which is the same nation wide, is the delay to get in for care.

Went to the immunization clinic. They were superb...staff were upbeat, friendly and helpful. Very well organized and got through quickly. Best of what Sutter has to offer, as I have a load of complaints about the Sutter's administration. However, this clinic, again, was excellent!

Saw Hannah she was readily available and friendly. Forgot to add a lab so I gotta get blood done again...but they quickly ordered it and fixed the problem once it was reported. Im super impressed so far in comparison to the previous office I had to visit. They're not perfect but I am impressed.

Saturday is clean and the staff is all nice and organized and sanitized. I love the doctors there and have been going there for over 20 years. My children were raised there and we have had very little to none problems. Great place to have your medical.

Sutter Medical Foundation gave my elderly parents one day's notice they were dropping United Healthcare. They just learned about it yesterday, and my 82 year old father suffered a severe fall early this morning and hit his head. He's now being treated at Sutter Roseville, but they're terrified about what this is going to cost if they have to pay out of pocket. Even worse -- Sutter put them through the very same thing 1 month ago with Aetna. So they moved from Aetna to United Healthcare because Sutter had dropped Aetna. They've done this to us twice in two months. My father is in excruciating pain, but doesn't want to be admitted to the hospital (he's currently in the ER) because they're terrified about what that would cost. He's in so much pain, in fact, that he can't even sit in a car t
