We have been waiting for almost 8 hours just to get blood results back. It's a waste of your time to seek help here. The staff is NOT helpful, they are rude, and uncaring. They have almost 40 people waiting outside. Clearly they need to call in more staff but none of the staff seems very concerned over the people crying in pain outside of their hospital. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BY PUTTING YOUR FAITH AND HEALTH IN THEIR HANDS.
I brought my sister in to the Emergency room, we have been waiting for 4 1/2 hours. The head nurse just came and announced that she has no idea how much longer it’ll take. That she is doing what she can….wth people are crying in pain and there’s no one to help?! So disappointed in their service, response and care.
Very nice staff. In and out of the surgery center no problem.
