They turned away my 76 year old mother for being 10 minutes late to an appointment where they insisted she had to come in to the office for her test results, and could not do a phone appointment. What about people with disabilities and seniors who need a little extra time? Have some grace and compassion.

I used this provider for years and am now leaving. All I can say is the individual providers are good, but everything else stinks - the customer service, the quality of staffing ordering refills, the scheduling, the response time on prescriptions, the response time on getting a pocketdoc scheduled, etc. they repeatedly mess up referrals to outside of network services, and are very uneven in getting prescriptions filled when requested. I since learned it is a massive organization and unless you are speaking to your provider’s office it is very hard to know with whom you are speaking and most of the time they can’t do anything except leave a message at the provider’s office. I’m off to greener pastures.

Met with Susan a Taylor Md in San Diego yesterday & had a very wonderful & positive experience from the time I walked in the front door. Staff was very friendly & helpful. All in all a great experience
