I am a very precious tenant of Susan's. I would say, for a doctor, she has absolutely NO respect for others and their personal health. My son has severe mold allergies and asthma. I asked since the day we moved in if she could replace the carpet because my son was constantly on a breathing machine day and night since we moved in there. I found a bad patch on the wall that I suspected had mold in it, and when I called her she had no urgency.
