Very thorough PA. Takes time with patients. Assigns all tests needed in one trip. Doesn’t prescribe un-necessary medication. Took my mom to her for first time after seeing many doctors and my mom loved PA Susan Whalen. She helped my mom with all her medical concerns. Did thorough examination and we walked out with everything my mom came in for answered.
Made me feel so comfortable for my first ever appointment and very informative
