SurgiMac Dental Supply

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. When I placed my order on 5/14, I paid for it to be overnighted. It is now 6/3, and I still don't have my order. I have sent emails multiple times trying to cancel my order, but they have never responded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Although Surgimac shipped my order quickly there were 4 missing items that I never received. I have tried to call them, email them and fb messenger them over several days now to get this rectified with no response except for one email reposting the fed ex tracking saying I got the package. Unfortunately I didn’t get the entire package as I’m missing $350 worth of supplies that never made it to me. I am SUPER frustrated at how difficult it has been to get a response from Surgimac as I’ve now had to cancel and postpone a grand opening event for my brand new company that potentially could give this company lots of business. Update: Called again on 5/29 and finally reached customer service. They assured me it is a real site and apologized that no one has been in contact with me. The item I ordered is unfulfilled due to being on back order. Unfortunately, no one notified me or responded so I feel I can’t give 5 stars. I ended up requesting a refund due to not being able to get the item by the time needed. I placed an order over a week ago and it hasn’t been shipped. My order is 1670. I have emailed them via the Gmail on their site in 5/23, the contact us page on 5/24 and I have also called and left voicemails. Does anyone work there. I am starting to believe this site is a scam site.

Not only did they promptly deliver my order in perfect condition, but their fair pricing and transparency truly reflect their commitment to customer well-being. I highly recommend Surgimac to anyone in need of medical and dental supplies; they are a lifesaver in times of need.

Products were shipped in a timely fashion. The return process was difficult at first, but I received a call and was able to work out a fair solution. I do appreciate the effort that was made to help with this order.
