Sure-Fit Denture Lab

If you are looking for someone to make you a set of new dentures, do not got to Sure Fit dental lab on Combs road in Hazard. I paid out the wazoo for a set there and they were horrible. They had no pallet and the upper denture and my tongue would not fit in my mouth. After taking them back 3 times I ended up getting a dremel at Walmart and cutting one out myself. She said they were just temporary dentures and I was supposed to come back in a year. Tried to explain to her that I had a major surgery last year and was recovering. She said I waited too long to get them fixed. Believe I paid $350 per plate for dentures I can barely wear.

I went there to have a tooth put back in my dentures. How was I to know that was going to be a huge mistake. Really how hard is it to glue a tooth back in? They got glue all over my dentures, even on the top that goes against the roof of my mouth. After sending them back twice to buff off glue I gave up and used an emery board to get more off when I got home. My dentures don’t fit right now, they seem warped and I can’t chew correctly. They are coated with whatever concoction they used! I will have to go now to get new dentures. I don’t know what they did to them but they destroyed my teeth. If they can’t glue in a tooth do you really think they could make teeth for somebody? Don't make the mistake I did, go elsewhere. The place was nasty as well. If I could give a 0 I would. We paid alot of money for my husband a set of dentures and he had to fix them himself after telling her they was uncomfortable. They are really nice people but if you don't listen to your customers being nice and sociable dosent matter much. I'm so disappointed because that is alot of money to throw away. Now we have to go somewhere and spend more money to have another set made. They measured 1 half inch thick in the upper roof plate and my husband couldn't talk right. They aggravated him like something stuck in the roof of his mouth. We went back multiple times. Asked her to thin them only to get more excuses of why she didn't want to. Not her mouth that was being filled with gagging nonsensical plates... Sad. She just didn't want to listen. Nice woman. Just

They done such a great job I couldn't of ask any better

This place was so nasty it took a year trying to get them to fit she never had the stuff to work with an had to barrow it. These people do not need to be doing this they are not professional they are rude disrespectful and always putting you off. Also I seen her take 3 older ppls money first buy telling them they had to pay full price and took over 900 from each one she taking advantage of the older ppl.
