Superior Urgent Care

The nurse(iam assuming) her name i believe is Ahmed, was rude and had no empathy. She felt disgusted and was showing on her face.

I came here via making an appointment online on a Friday night. The check in process online was easy and when I got here that process was easy too. The staff were all very nice and caring. Dr. Kanu was really wonderful. He listened and then explained his recommendations. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

How great is this, Dr. Megan S. listened then treated, then recommendations to improve my Wife's pain. What a wonderful way to help people, staff very good as well.

I really like this place & the staff is great. However, I keep getting notifications for payment, but they’ve never submitted to my insurance company. After an hour on the phone with the billing department, they want me to contact my insurance company & have them call the billing department back. This is crazy. I’ve never had any issues like this at any other place (& definitely not an insurance company issue). Still waiting to find out how this ends up working out. In the future I’ll either just use telemedicine or go to Care Now (I don’t particularly like them, but never any insurance issues). Update - they’re still trying to charge me for services covered as an in-network provider. Now they want me to send them the paperwork I received from my insurance company showing I don’t owe anyt

This place is extraordinary! The staff and Dr. Kanu were exceptional. The clinic itself is very clean and modern. My insurance company's site was down and they couldn't verify coverage. Most people have a high copay for urgent care, however, my particular policy does not. They young lady, Alejandra, took my word for it and just charged me what I thought the copay was. This is putting people first! I saw Dr. Kanu, and despite me coming in 10 minutes to closing, he did not seem rushed at all. He took his time and answered all of my questions and hypotheticals (of which I tend to have many). Truly exceptional service. It's a rare combination to find both physician and staff to be great!
